If your in need of music gear this is your place. Super knowledgeable staff and great clinics. Have a great selection of drums, guitars, casios, etc. If they dont have just wait they will get it in for you.
Amazing staff and selection. They even had a good accordion selection, I was impressed with the used stuff too. Great shop, would recommend to anyone.

Really great local store that's been around for 50 years, great selection and very helpful employees. I took a guitar in to find a replacement potentiometer nut, it was some very specific, uncommon size. They looked everything over, spent time with me finding the right part, and fixed everything quickly and easily.…
The best spot for drummers in town. Larry is our go to guy. We started going in there when my kid started drums at 8. Larry set us up with the right beginners set and we've been slowly upgrading it over time. I would definitely recommend Big Dude's.

Not sure about names, but i am a beginner guitarist and first time i went, this guy showed me my first actual guitar, it was a limited jazzmaster. It was nice. Second time I went i got an E.V.H. WolfGang Standard. Its really nice, love the green. However third time, I had them repair the e string and it broke. Clearly they dont know how to do their job. And next time I went, I wanted to look at mesa amps and amp heads. Some mean bald dude showed me a 5150 instead. Went on a 10-15 minute yap session about it and about orange amps before he even let me play. And he did eventually. Bad amp. I didnt get to look at the mesa that I wanted to. Didn't get to look at any acoustics either. All I know, is the bald dude is mean. But the first guy is really nice. Mid place.
Hey Maric, So sorry you had a bad experience with us. I'm truly sorry that we didn't hold up to your expectations and our standards. I will talk to "the mean bald guy" and see what happened with all that. We strive to be the very best for our customers every time they walk in the door. We like to think that's why we're still in business after 50 years. As far as the broken string goes, sometimes that happens right out of the pack. We will usually replace the string for you if it's been a reasonable amount of time. With that being said, stop by the shop if you wish and I'll be happy to give you a set of strings on the house.
