Very disappointed with my team shirt. Went into the store to try on before ordering. Every shirt for the team was too small - way smaller than what I reviewed at the store. Almost like children’s sizes. Called to discuss. Everyone getting a different shirt had to pay full price again. I would not. Will probably end up wearing a plain white shirt.

Susie, I have reviewed our records and am unable to find any record of an order placed with our team. If you are referring to the Pickled Pink shirts, we sincerely apologize that the garments did not fit your team. The customer associated with that order was informed at the time of purchase that the ladies' garments tend to run small and was advised to order one or two sizes larger. I apologize if this information was not communicated to you at the time of your purchase. That said, the customer did return to our store to acknowledge that the shirts were too small and expressed interest in ordering new sizes with the same design. This new order is currently being processed. Our team did inform the customer about the sizing differences and recommended ordering a size up for ladies' garments. While we regret that the garments did not fit, please note that we never had direct contact with your team and only interacted with the customer regarding this order, based on the information provided to us. We attempted to clarify this with you over the phone, but the call was disconnected. Nonetheless, we hope you were able to find another vendor who could meet your immediate needs.

Courtney and the team at Big Frog Marietta did an absolutely outstanding job with printing a custom T-shirt from my graphic file. I could not have asked for better results. Courtney gave me a call to go over a minor correction with the graphic file, which I remedied and re-submitted. The shirt was ready by the requested date, and the young lady for whom this was a gift was thrilled with the shirt. I definitely have plans for submitting more custom work to Big Frog Marietta! I most strongly recommend Big Frog Marietta for any custom work you might need!
