Fantastic experience. They were out to assess within 48 hours and had the quote ready same day. They stated it would take about 2 days and they completed in 1.5 days.

Big Jerry’s Fencing replaced our cedar shadow box fence with a different design that included a top cap and a bottom kick piece. The fence is great !! The crew was quick and very good to work with. The pricing was well within our budget and Brandon’s follow up was excellent. I would recommend them for any fencing you may need.
Great, Cheap, and Fast: normally you only get two. This company delivers all 3. Melissa's lightning fast quoting, customer service skills, and attentive communication exceeded our expectations. Brandon is such a fantastic guy who helped us navigate what was best for our property. He was personally at our property the entire install. He answered all of our questions. You can tell he really cares about his clients and takes pride in his installs. I really can't recommend this company enough. They made this project easy which is honestly pure gold to me personally. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail. We'll be admiring it for years to come.
We had a fantastic experience with Big Jerry’s Fencing. Melissa the office manager and Brandon the TN franchise owner were amazing to work with and I highly recommend this business. We previously had backyard iron wrought fence which was uninstalled, as well as install of the new white vinyl fence installation. From buy to install I was pleasantly surprised with how kind and patient they were. As example, when I initially got a quote a year prior to actually proceeding, they actually listened to me when I had a different commitment come up and not go thru with it, they were not annoyed or flippant to me after I asked to pause on process. Ffwd a year and half later they allowed me to come to them on when I wanted to proceed and were lightning prompt when I did reach back out. Thanks Big Jerry’s and team for the truly amazing sales/install experience. We appreciate you and now have some privacy in our backyard!

If you are considering Big Jerry’s Fencing, please read our experience first. We had several fencing companies come out to give us estimates, and in hindsight, we greatly regret not going with Superior Fencing or Kowboy Fencing. We chose Big Jerry’s because they promised they could install the fence within two weeks. We were quoted around $4,000 for an aluminum fence in our small front yard which was about average compared to other bids, so we moved forward. The problems began immediately. Our scheduled installation date was approaching, and we had difficulty getting in contact with them. Big Jerry then confirmed our installation date. On our installation date, no one showed up that day. We were told someone knocked on our door, but we were home all day. We were then told the materials had not been delivered on time. I then asked to cancel our contract before installation, but Krista, the owner, refused and assured us the job would be done the following week. That week came, still no fence. Finally, in the following week, the fence was installed, but with multiple errors including aluminum poles installed crooked as below and mismatched posts that made the fence appear uneven. Krista came out, acknowledged the mistakes which we appreciated, and said they would fix them. This meant digging up more of our yard and removing the concrete posts. The date they scheduled to come back out, no one came. We experienced several days of no response to our calls, messages, and emails. Krista then reached out and said a crew was at our house. They showed up without notice and began digging. The “replacement” posts were badly scraped (we were told this was “normal from the factory”). Our yard is now in terrible condition, and the concrete near our home was chipped (shown below- this is a 2 year old home). A section was installed so loose that if you leaned on it, it would fall over. The men installing do not speak any English. Thus, it was very challenging to try to communicate via google translate. We had difficulty with Krista answering my calls and texts during this. The guys left and then came out a third time to fix the mistakes. We still had concerns. Krista texted us that the job was complete and now will now not answer our calls or texts. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing contractor experiences we’ve ever had. Poor communication, missed deadlines, sloppy workmanship, and damage to our property — we cannot recommend Big Jerry’s Fencing.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Big Jerry’s Fencing! From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing. The coordination team was professional, organized, and kept me informed every step of the way. The crew that came out to do the installation was equally impressive — they completed the entire job in just two days! I really appreciate that they use concrete and treated wood, which shows their commitment to quality and durability. Big Jerry's made the entire process of getting our new fence as easy as possible. They answered my calls quickly, were very informative over the phone and by email, and they even sent a representative out to my house to make sure my fence would be exactly where I wanted it. They did a phenomenal job replacing the fence along our property's back perimeter. In addition, they were quite helpful assisting us in our permit application and subsequent correspondence with our local municipal gov. (the fence is built within our property's easement, so we needed the city to sign off). Very satisfied with their price point AND final product... the fence truly looks fantastic. However, I am withholding one star from my final rating due to the two following reasons: • it took 3+ phone calls to their office before they finally came back to remove the pile of wood from the old fencing ... AND... • when deconstructing the old fence, they piled the old wooden planks on top of a kindling holder we had crafted months earlier (nothing fancy, just a DIY using a couple of cement blocks and wooden planks)... when they came back to remove the old wood, they inadvertently also hauled off our kindling holder (initially choosing to pile wood on top of it likely wasn't the best judgement call) Yet, despite these two hiccups, I WOULD STILL COMFORTABLY RECOMMEND Big Jerry's Fencing to anyone currently in the market for a fencing crew!
