George helped to install filtration system and RO in our house. We could see a big difference jn the water immediately. The whole process took 2 to 3 hours and the person who came to install was very well versed. Price was also worked out well.

Very disappointing experience with Big Power Water. They texted me to schedule a service appointment for Tuesday between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. By 5:55, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called and was told they weren't going to be able to make it. I rescheduled for Wednesday, only to have the same thing happen again. I had to call them once more, and again they said they couldn't make the appointment. Instead of taking responsibility for repeatedly missing scheduled appointments, they blamed me for the times I was available—but they only brought that up after I told them I would no longer be using their services. Poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company.

Alberto from Big Power Water was extremely patient and hardworking. He dug deep into the ground to install the water filter, even though the soil was full of stones. He still completed everything he was supposed to do and was very polite and professional throughout the job.
This is a very good system. Installation was fast and professional. George was very honest and up front when he presented the system and what it would do. We are very pleased with the soft filtered water this system produces.
