Would call a million times over. Back in October 2025 I called on a Sunday and they were able to help me get my couch in the house I was moving in. It had to come in through a window, and I was so thankful they didn’t give up! Forever thankful for the help! Made the end of a very stressful move so much better! Thank you!
I wish I could give 1,000 stars! The most amazing movers anyone could ever ask for! Everyone was so nice and handled all my items with care as well! They showed up early and worked so hard! I knew it was going to be very tight to fit all of my stuff into the truck. They did everything they could to make it all fit, it was so impressive!

We moved this past Saturday from Powell to Lewis Center. LaMar, Patrick and Norman were absolutely awesome! They hustled and are the nicest guys and did all the heavy lifting. They listened to our concerns and was highly professional. Moving from a house of 21:years is stressful and we joked, laughed, talked music and a LaMar has the nicest smile! I highly recommend! 😎

I cannot recommend Big Scarlet Moving Company enough! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. Scheduling was easy, and they showed up on time, ready to work. The movers were polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my belongings were packed securely and transported safely. I was especially impressed with how they handled my heavy furniture—no scratches or damage at all! What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate special requests. They made a stressful moving day so much easier. If you’re looking for reliable, hardworking movers, Big Scarlet is the way to go! I would just like to add. A year later from the review I left up top Scarlet Moving came through again and helped my sister move. They were just as phenomenal for her as they were for me. You can trust this team to move your stuff safely and securely they treat everything like it was their own.

I hesitate to give this review since it’s so difficult to get the customer service, care and quality these guys provide each and every time. I learned from my first job ever at Nordstrom that “underpromising and over-delivering” is the very definition of both business and customer service, and these guys do that and more. As just one example, when I had them drop off one of my items for donation that I had accidentally left valuables in, though no fault of theirs, they got up early the next morning to make sure I got the items back. The reason? They said that any time their business is associated with a move, they want to ensure it is done above board from beginning until the end. If that doesn’t illustrate “underpromising and over-delivering”, I don’t know what does. We will use Big Scarlet every time we need something moved.

I was referred to them by a friend. I was a little skeptical at first because they charge by the hour versus a flat rate. But they were spot on with the quote, and that's even with at 20-25 minutes delay due to the service elevator being unexpectedly used by another person. After they packed up my house I sent them to the storage location while I was finishing up. They could have been hanging out in the truck waiting on me to meet them letting the clock run. But instead they went inside, told them they were with me, had the storage people open up my new unit and we're getting things going. The whole time they were moving with purpose like they got a bonus if they beat the time quoted versus being paid by the hour. Don't think I've ever been more happy to leave a tip.
