Great customer service from start to finish and a thrilling, memorable morning! Garrett and Darren were personable and professional. Their expertise helped me relax and fully enjoy this incredible experience.
From start to finish, Darrin ( the pilot ) and Garrett ( ground crew) were amazing. We were encouraged to assist with hands on prepping of the balloon and packing up the balloon at the end. Garrett surprised us all with free pics and videos of our trip. Darrin was very informative during the trip and answered all of our questions. The ride was peaceful and the landing was smooth. You can tell how much they both enjoy their job! I would highly recommend this experienced, dynamic duo for your next trip on a hot air balloon ride!!!
We had an amazing time! If you’re visiting the Redmond/Bend area and haven’t experienced a hot air balloon ride this is a must do!
This was a truly incredible experience that I will cherish and remember for the rest of my life. Darren and Garrett were excellent hosts/guides. Excited to get up there again in the near future!
My very first hot air balloon ride was a truly amazing experience, thanks to Darren and Garrett with Big Sky Balloon Company! The entire flight from start to finish was incredibly smooth, and Darren even brought us down to the surface of the Crooked River for a "splash 'n dash"! I always see the balloon from my property, and seeing it floating always makes me smile. Thank you Darren and Garrett for taking me up for a last minute flight, and for continuing to make me smile. 🙂
I really awesome experience! Garrett and Darren are really great. Highly recommend!
Best experience! I can't recommend this more! The ride was smooth - I honestly forgot that we were in the air a couple of times. Darren was great - obviously very skilled and knowledgeable about both ballooning and the area. We already can't wait to do this again and will be doing it again!
It was a great day to take a hot air balloon ride. I would highly recommend Big Sky Balloon Company if you ever have the opportunity to go. It was peaceful and we all felt safe while taking in the beautiful scenery.
Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! 🎈🧺 This was our first hot air balloon ride, and Big Sky Balloon Co. made it such a memorable experience. Watching the balloon get set up and inflated was already so cool, but actually getting up in the air was something completely different. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially with the sunrise. It was peaceful, beautiful, and honestly felt surreal being able to see Central Oregon from that perspective. The crew, Darren and Garret, were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and we felt completely comfortable throughout the flight. They took the time to explain what was happening and made the whole experience feel fun and relaxed rather than intimidating. 12/10 and highly recommend going up in the air with these guys!!!!
Had such a memorable time hot air ballooning with Darren and Garrett. They truly ~handled us with care~. Darren and Garrett respectfully answered all of our questions, made us feel safe, and thoroughly explained what the ride was going to look like. I am personally so fearful of heights, and by the end of it, it’s nice to say I was so comfortable looking over the edge. These guys are super cool, very passionate and knowledgeable about the work they do. Highly recommend this company AND the experience. The views were absolutely beautiful. Genuinely one of the coolest things I’ve done. 10/10 experience and would do it again.
