Great customer service
Big Top made my wedding day vision come true! Sarah Daye was so helpful with making last minute changes and helping me make choices. She also made a diagram to help me decide where to place things in the tent. We also for got to add a half table to my order and we were allowed to come picked it up ourselves the day before the event! The delivery folks were professional and kind. The clear top tent was so pretty and I got so many compliments! Tables/ chairs/ linens/ napkins were all in great shape.

We rented the most beautiful table and two chairs for our wedding! They have a beautiful inventory and are easy to work with!
I rented tables and chairs from BTE for my baby shower and I must say I am a fan! They were reasonably priced and worked with me so well when I was booking with them so last second. So friendly and they made the pickup and drop off process so simple and easy. They did all the work so I didn’t have to lift a finger to load my vehicle even when I tried lol. Would definitely recommend and would use again!
