Jake Bombard of Bighorn Roofing gave us a thorough inspection of our roof and attic. He was meticulous and careful. He took photographs of all areas he inspected and went over them with me in detail. I highly recommend Jake.
Everything from scheduling to installation was great but after I received and paid what I understood was my final invoice, there was some confusion about a remaining balance that was still owed. Management did reach out to me and helped me understand the balance and we were able to resolve the discrepancy. After everything was said and done, I'm very satisfied with the final results and their customer service.
