Bill's has an astounding collection of new and used gear (couple hundred Fender electrics, for example) However, my 5 star review (although fully justified on the store's other facets) is prompted by the fellow who worked with me. Chris ensured I got a good deal for my acoustic guitar trade in arranged for me to return in a couple days and be paid for another trade in, but as part of this deal, insisted I not just buy the first guitar that I was attracted to but try 4-5 others returning to my choice for comparison and offered me a week or two to get my fingers back into shape, and then if I want, I could bring my choice back to reconsider ( I won't be doing that) My choice was set up very nicely, intonation was perfect, action was low, Chris threw in an extra pack of strings, and the tone of this OM Taylor is very very good in the mid tones and even has a bit of a growl in the bass tones (which I'll enhance with phosphor bronze strings in a few months) Totally recommend this store for all your instrument needs especially guitars and gear.
