Had a wonderful experience with this company. I highly recommend

We were cleaning our house out after my mother passed and they made sure to be there bright and early in the morning after a misunderstanding on our part, but still saw our grief and exhaustion and prioritized our business. I will never forget their kindness
I was needing a dumpster quickly but also needed it for more than two to three days. BTDT was able to deliver the next day and I was able to have enough time to use it without paying additional fees.
Your kind words made our day, Kevin. Thank you for choosing us for your dumpster needs! Amy
Great company to do business with! Delivered when they said they would and picked up on time. No hidden or extras fees. I shopped around and they had the best price. Fantastic customer service! I would use them again.
WOW Jessica, what a wonderful review! We are grateful for the kind words, providing a great all around experience is our goal. Thanks again, Amy
This is the third time I have used their service. Scheduler answers right away, provides help and direction without any up-selling. Dropped off and picked up when they said they would. Staff courteous. Would highly recommend.
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Carol. Providing a great experience is always our goal, and we are delighted that we delivered! Amy
We were very pleased with our dumpster rental. The customer service rep was friendly and delivery/pickup was seamless.
Thank you for the 5 star review, Audrey. We appreciate your business and hope to welcome you back again soon!
Service was very poor. A 30yd dumpster was paid for and scheduled to be delivered on July 10th. What was delivered on the following Wednesday was a 15yd dumpster. I was told that an additional 15yd dumpster was coming. After an additional week, the company exchanged dumpsters with the first dumpster only being 2/3 full. This left me to place the remaining debris in the single 15yd dumpster. It took the company three texts, an email and 10 days to come and pick up the now full dumpster. The driver, then proceeded to throw off some debris into my yard, before hauling it away. I would never recommend this company. Nothing went well with any part of the experience.
Chip, we have no record of you being a customer of Bin There Dump That, and we do not offer 30-yard dumpsters. It appears this review was posted to the wrong company. Please verify the business you rented from and remove this review.
We got a 20yd dumpster to clean out our garage and upstairs. It looked funny because it was so tall and short compared to what I have seen in the past, but it was 20yds. We loved having some freedom in filling it over 7days and not having to be here when it was picked up terrific delivery and pick up and great office staff when I called for questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!!!
Thank you for the wonderful 5 star review, Mary! It was a pleasure helping you with a dumpster delivery and we hope to welcome you back soon. Amy
This was the 2nd time we used Bin There Dump That. The first time was a for a big job, this time a small job. The staff was fantastic both times, friendly, quick to respond, accurate. We will always go back to this company when the need arises.

Was great that they worked with me for extra days I needed. Will get them back for stuff that my body wouldn't let me get done. They are a great dumpster service!!!
