Google reviewers rate the service 4.9 out of 5 based on 307 reviews, with the owner responding to all feedback. Customers frequently cite punctual deliveries, flexible scheduling, and competitive pricing for dumpster rentals, noting that staff communicate clearly and accommodate extended rental periods without extra charges. While most praise the ease of use and professional handling, a minority of low-star reviews highlight instances of rude phone interactions and complaints that the standard seven-day rental cost is higher than alternatives offering longer durations.

Bin There was a godsend. They had excellent pricing and worked with me when I needed a dumpster longer than anticipated. I called one day and had the dumpster on site the next day. Thank you so much and I will call again for future projects!

I used Bin There Dump that for projects in Winston-Salem a few times and I always get the dumpster delivered on time even with short notice. Delivery person always calls to inform dumpster is on its way and to ask the location to be placed. Big thanks to Gloria for her excellent service.
Oscar we appreciate your business and kind words!

Thanks Mike! We are happy you were happy!
Rented a 10 yard dumpster for a moving house clean out. Prompt delivery; cordial, professional driver. The dumpster went up a steep-ish driveway. Everything was easily accessible. We filled it, scheduled a pick-up, but the ground was too wet for the steep-ish driveway, so had to wait for drier weather. I had the dumpster beyond the 7 days but was not charged. Cannot recommend these people enough!
Thanks Lissa, We are here for your next project when you need us!
