Peter was efficient and kind to work with. Though initial impression of him was he was a bit gruff and direct, Every other interaction was pleasant and seamless. I think he was likely hyper focused on getting the job done.

Peter is super easy to work with and communicative. We scheduled quickly and he was easy to work with, provided extensive information about his assessment and the price and was incredibly thorough. We will definitely continue to use his services for future mold remediation and for preventive treatment after we install our new roof.

Peter did a great job. It was quick and clean and a good price. We like that he does not use caustic chemicals but a natural product.

I heard about Peter with Biorganic Mold Removal from a realtor & mom in my neighborhood. We had found our chimney was leaking into our attic space and had Peter come out to assess for mold, as we felt certain that there would be mold growth found. Peter came out and actually happily told us that the wood in our attic was resilient and that what I thought was mold was actually efflorescence, but he did tell us that we had moisture problems up there and directed us with a company to fix it. He could have sold us on remediation- I was sure it was mold! But he did not. And so I wanted to make sure other people knew that this was an honest company, who wasn’t just trying to sell me on unnecessary services. Highly recommend having Peter come take a look if you suspect mold growth!
