I was supposed to receive a call I get that they’re busy but they never did they never contacted me. As a business owner wasting my time is unacceptable
Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. At this time, we do not have any record of a scheduled consultation under your name. Our calendar has also been closed to new bookings since April 1st. All consultations must be formally scheduled through our website in order to be confirmed and added to our calendar. This process is clearly outlined on our website, Google page, and voicemail system to ensure accuracy and to protect both our time and our clients’ time. As a firm, we operate under a strict scheduling policy to ensure every confirmed client receives the dedicated time they reserved. Without a confirmed booking, we are unable to initiate or track appointments. Additionally, due to the current tax season deadline, we are not accepting new client consultations until May 1st, as our focus is on servicing existing clients with pending filings and business matters.
