Customers frequently cite punctuality, professional communication, and reasonable pricing for services like window tinting, ceramic coating, and mobile detailing. However, several low-star reviews describe a pattern of missed appointments and errors in tint shade selection or application, which often led to delayed or unsuccessful resolution of the issues.

Black Diamond did a full mobile detail on my 2007 Lexus RX 350, and it came out better than I expected for a car this age.
Verdugo was the one who did the work. He was professional, on time, and thorough. He steam-cleaned and shampooed the seats, conditioned the leather, and cleaned the floors, mats, headliner, door panels, dash, and interior plastics. Outside he washed it, clay-barred the paint, applied carnauba wax, cleaned the windows and wheels, dressed the tires and trim, and restored both headlights. He did not rush any of it.
The headlights were very hazy and came out clear. The interior looks cared for again, and the paint has a real finish instead of a dull wash. He walked me through what he did when he was finished. I would use them again and recommend them if you want a mobile detail done properly.
Wish I took before and after photos.
