Jamie at Black Dog was very patient with me in trying to resolve a "cookie" issue on my computer. While he was not able to fully resolve the issue due to the age of my computer, he did find me a great work-around so that I was able to work on the project that I needed to. Great service, definitely recommend!
Todd came out and tried to repair or reconfigure our existing mesh system. We were not having luck with the hardware and modem provided by CL so Todd ordered a new mesh system and came back to install at no extra charge! Great IT company to work with. Very professional.

We can’t recommend Todd and the Black Dogg IT crew enough! Anytime we run into an issue big or small Todd is quick to respond and always ready to jump in and help resolve the issue. Todd and the BlackDog IT team are a joy to work with. Amazing customer service and the ability to solve just about any IT issue: That is Black Dog IT Solutions! Whenever I have reached out with an issue, the response has been nearly immediate. And once a problem is resolved, either in person or by phone, it does not recur. Really the best IT group I've worked with in my 30-year career.
