Black Eagle Fire & Security, Inc.

I had a really great experience working with Hosein at Black Eagle Fire and Security, Inc. I work in retail construction, and my most recent project had a proprietary panel that only certain licensed companies could even touch, and not many companies were interested in working on this panel, even if there were licensed. Hosein took on this project without hesitation, and was a team player through every obstacle. We had missing existing plans, and revisions with the city, but Hosein made sure our project did not slip between the cracks. Hosein was creative, and hands on, he came out to look at the site when he had questions, and came to me with solutions. The Black Eagle Fire and Security, Inc. team really showed up, they pushed to get an expedited city review so that my project would not miss our opening deadline. They treated the project like it was just as important to him as it was to us. I seriously cannot recommend Hosein and Black Eagle Fire and Security enough.

We had a persistent ground fault issue in our fire alarm system that several companies couldn’t figure out for a long time. This team came in, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got it repaired efficiently. They also handled the testing and inspection professionally and kept everything well-documented. Their technicians, Bijan and Mamzi, are super knowledgeable, and their communication throughout the process was excellent. I highly recommend them for any fire alarm troubleshooting, testing, and repair work, truly top-notch service!

Our fire alarm and smoke alarms started making all the noise they’re supposed to when a system needs to be replaced…at 2 am🤦🏻‍♀️Black Eagle Fire &Security’ who only deals with commercial buildings came to our home first thing the next morning. He identified the problem, disconnected our system and had Amin come to replace it the next day! I highly recommend this company .

Hosein and his team were incredible! They are very thorough, professional and they were able to schedule me an appointment right away. Everything was honestly and thoroughly explained and I am very appreciative. I previously used another well-known large company but never experienced the customer service and thoroughness as those from Black Eagle. I also appreciate that it is a local business based in Santa Clara!

Black Eagle is professional, communicative, timely and very good to work with. They were one of 4 bids for a required fire alarm system in an 18 unit apartment building. Their bid happened to be the lowest of the 4. Their site visit and a conversation with the owner about his company convinced me they would be the best.

After evaluating a dozen service providers, Black Eagle stood out as one of the few to offer practical bids. Their local presence in the South Bay was a significant factor in our decision. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, Hosein, Ralph and the Black Eagle team made the entire process smooth and straightforward. They also connected us with qualified service providers to ensure we met all compliance requirements. The staff at Black Eagle are exceptionally professional and responsive, managing permits efficiently and delivering excellent service. We highly recommend them!

Outstanding service and products Everything went smoothly and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended 😊

Hosein was absolutely amazing to work with! We recently purchased a new multifamily property in San Francisco and found out during closing that the city required the property be equipped with an updated sleeper alarm. Hosein and Black Eagle came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. They kept us aware of issues as they were encountered and made sure to keep us posted until it received final sign off from the city.

Great service, responsive, very reliable company and very professional and knowledgeable team to work with. Highly recommended.

I recently contacted Black Eagle for fire alarm annual inspection. They were incredibly professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them!
