Thanks to Black Pearl and Karine for my ride home from the airport. The plane arrived two hours late after the plane had a detour to another airport mid flight, but the driver was able to wait for me. Above and beyond I thought.

Excellent service from Miami to Boca. Driver Karina Santiago picked me up at the baggage claim directly in the airport and drove me back home

Between the accident and the poor weather conditions, there were so many variables outside of anyone’s control, yet your team handled every detail with such professionalism and care. From sending us a photo of the driver in advance to providing his direct phone number, you made the transportation process incredibly smooth and easy for our guests to navigate. We also received such positive feedback from attendees. Several guests shared how much they enjoyed being able to connect and pre-network during the ride from the train station to the venue, and they spoke so highly of how courteous and welcoming your driver was. It became more than simply transportation; it was truly part of the guest experience. The thoughtful gifts for our attendees were also such a lovely touch and made the partnership feel even more special. We used Black Pearl Limousine Service to shuttle our WIPA South Florida attendees during our event, and they were absolutely wonderful!
