Lock at my apartment was broken after hours. Checked this business's website saw their prominent starting at $29 which is the only pricing on their site, checked reviews and saw $80-$100 noted. Called told them my situation was given no pricing over the phone, when the tech showed up he told me he had to drill it out and it would cost $285 only after did he tell me it would cost an additional $100 to put in a new lock. All and all i was charged $385 for 12 minutes of work.
I did not appreciate them obfuscating their pricing by showing a price they are never going to actually charge and not disclosing any price until they arrive where they are already charging you just to show up, however they did offer me a partial refund on the $100 portion as it was not communicated prior to leaving a big hole in my door.
He is very legit and honest. Got my house unlocked in under 10 minutes. Saved the day. Highly recommend!
