Our experience with Blackrock Homes over the years has been tremendous!! We have purchased a few homes from them and continue to appreciate the quality of workmanship they provide in their homes. I had a great experience working with Blackrock Homes. From the beginning, the process was smooth, professional, and straightforward. Everyone I worked with was helpful, responsive, and willing to answer my questions throughout the home-buying process.
I really appreciated the quality of the home, the attention to detail, and the effort the team put into making sure everything was taken care of. Buying a home can be stressful, but Blackrock made the experience much easier than I expected

Love, love, love my new Blackrock home in Skybreak subdivision. The home is built so well, and the amenities are amazing. Blackrock Homes superintendent Jaden, Kami Bryant, and Rachel Flichel with O2 real estate are absolute rockstars! Ours was a tricky sell, buy, and move-in-a-month scenario, and the planning, execution, and ultimate closing was so smooth and effortless! Kami and Rachel are so professional and knowledgeable that it made the whole process seamless!

I honestly didn’t think I would end up buying a home here in Idaho, but I’m so glad I did. Choosing Blackrock was a great decision. I really love the quality of the home, the design, and the interior finishes. I also love the potential the area has, and I can’t wait to finish decorating and making it feel like home!
Just moved in to our new Blackrock home this past week and we’ve been extremely pleased with the quality of the build, the friendliness and availability of the building team, and the added touches they put into our home!

I have been fairly happy with my Blackrock home in the Skybreak community. More than anything, it genuinely feels like home. The neighborhood has an intimate, safe, welcoming feel that can be difficult to accomplish in a newer development, and I think Blackrock has done a great job creating that atmosphere.
As with any new build, there have been a few things that needed attention after moving in. What has impressed me is how Blackrock has handled those items. They have accommodated essentially all of my warranty requests and have taken care of them in a timely manner. Jaden, the superintendent, has been especially good to work with. He is responsive, communicates well, and is prompt about getting repairs or other work scheduled. I also appreciate that I have not had to argue or push excessively to have legitimate concerns addressed.
I also think Blackrock does a good job choosing locations and planning their communities with long term value in mind. In Skybreak, the mix of homes and proximity to larger, more expensive homes makes me feel good about the potential for the neighborhood and my investment over time.
Overall, I am very happy with my decision to purchase a Blackrock home and would absolutely recommend them to someone considering one of their communities.
