Over the past year and a half of a challenging home renovation, Bliffert Lumber has consistently been one of the most reliable and helpful parts of the entire process. No matter what issue came up, they worked to make it right. Jess has been especially responsive and proactive with my Marvin doors and windows, sending Tim out multiple times to help with installation needs like screens, knobs, and troubleshooting parts. Also working to get a Marvin tech from Chicago to come and help. When there were issues with materials, they corrected orders quickly and made sure the right decking and cable railings were delivered without hassle. Who would have ever thought that writing to Eli Bliffert would work?!?! I’ve given them a significant amount of business during this renovation, and what stands out most is that every time something went wrong or needed adjustment, they stepped in and helped resolve it. That level of service has made a real difference during what has otherwise been a very difficult time. I truly appreciate their willingness to help, problem-solve, and stand behind what they sell. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency and support, and I’m grateful for it.

Outstanding experience, Jessa is truly exceptional. I was in the middle of a very stressful renovation situation, and Jessa’s awareness and integrity quite literally protected me financially. She caught an issue immediately, escalated it to her manager Ray, and fixed it on the spot. That alone earned my trust. Beyond that, she designed a stunning kitchen and custom cabinetry throughout my entire lake house. She is warm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and a constant professional through every hiccup that came with this renovation. I’ve remodeled homes across the U.S., and this experience stands out. I ordered doors from here. One was ordered wrong. First mistake was the wrong hinge color. Second mistake I missed and ended up with the wrong threshold. I'd suggest an actual order form when helping customers instead of a scribbled scrap paper. Maybe boxes to check off hardware colors picked. The door would have had 3 different colors of hardware. It's a nice door otherwise.

Working with Bailey on our kitchen was such a great experience! She made everything feel really easy from the start and had awesome suggestions that took our design to the next level. She gave us detailed plans and drawings that helped us see exactly how it would all come together. So glad we had her help—she really knows her stuff!

They had an impressive showroom with a wide selection of options that was easy to navigate with the help of Bailey and Haley. I was even assisted by Ray the store manager when the designers were assisting other customers which showed me how much they value ALL their customers and are willing to ensure their satisfaction from start to finish.
