Your your response is strictly false and inaccurate. You deserve the lowest rating I can give because your response is full of lies to cover your very poor service. Anybody who gets your service will do so at their own risk. I had a contract with Blitz for a few years. They did termite control as well as pest…

He did a great job and I really enjoyed him taking the time and talking to me

James was great, showed up, followed up and got us the termite contract same day. Thank you

Very friendly and knowledgeable would recommend to anyone

Great customer service! Explained everything to me.

Very thorough and tech was informative on all he did and what he looks for.

I am so glad I called Blitz! The guys we worked with have been great! James came out, walked the property, and outlined a good plan to keep our home safe from common bugs and termites. James is an expert in his field! He set up Kale to come spray monthly and we had another great experience with Kale being kind,…

James was very helpful and knowledgeable about service I would need for my house. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism.

James M. was phenomenal from start to finish. His attention to detail, clear explanations, and genuine professionalism made a stressful situation feel manageable. He took the time to walk both me and my husband, who was on the phone through what he found, what it meant, and what our options were — without rushing,…

JAMES Very professional person. Get straight to the point. Great customer service

James performed a thorough inspection of our property and provided timely feedback thereafter. Your company should be proud to have him representing your brand.

James was thorough, honest and very knowledgeable.

James Mcclary has been my go to guy for over 20 years now. Straight shooter! always shows up on time with a smile and a great attitude. I count on him in my real estate business and can easily say that you can too!

Blitz has been very efficient, and really helped me with some serious problems. In my restored home, built over 100 years ago, I had rats and squirrels in the attic, and a termite infestation, which was serious since my hardwood pine floors had spots that were eaten away. Blitz handled everything, and maintains…

Brent was on time and he inspected more than I expected.

Kaley V. showed up promptly, was efficient, and provided a detailed explanation of the findings. She also provided a termite letter required for the closing on the property.

I've been using Blitz since I bought my house years ago. I chose them randomly but I could not have made a better decision. I literally do nothing and they take care of everything. Auto-billing and renewal means no thinking. They call weeks before your quarterly service is due to make sure they fit in YOUR schedule,…

I have had good service from Blitz. They always call and set up an appt, and call before they come. I've had to change my appt a couple of times and it's never been a problem. I've always had a good experience. Kale has been my tech for the last few months and does a good job, always asks is there anything else I…

Blitz as been professional and flexible. My technician Kale was friendly and punctual and did good efficient work. Amari before him was equally so.
