Buyer beware!
I've been trying to work with Scott for over a year to support my new small business. He never remembers us, to include an in depth conversation we had in January about tax deductions. Now as we are approaching Tax Day, I have to send him all the record we discussed AGAIN.
We will NEVER use H&R Block again. It would have been easier to muddle through independently!

It was great working with Roumy. They were extremely responsive and well aware of the entire process. I’d come back H&R Block year over year now because of them! Can’t recommend enough.

I had such a great experience working with Roumey! I was honestly a bit nervous about finding a new tax specialist after moving to Seattle, since I had been working with someone I trusted in Portland for years. But Roumey immediately put me at ease.
She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free, and my taxes were completed so quickly and efficiently. I truly felt like I was in good hands every step of the way.
