Received quote 3500 sqft remove and replace lawn with fescue sod-$9k...alternative treatment and grow grass...$3k- $4.3k...Very expensive!
It a great service. They started out OK but plan was not exactly what we wanted. They did not plant some stubs deep enough and 1st night in actually fell over. Serveral others died because they just didn’t plant them properly and deep. I discussed this with Jose and he just keeps saying it is our fault because we didn’t water them. Not true since we did and also got a lot of rain. Plus those 4 shrubs are only ones not doing well. He was not very helpful replacing and still only replaced one which was shallow again and crooked. Still has not replaced others. I would not use them Not very reliable unfortunately.

Second time I’ve used Bloom this year. First was for an emergency French drain. This time was for a patio/hard scraping. In both cases work started and finished on schedule (What? No, really!), price was competitive, crew was great, clean up was complete and both my wife and I were impressed with final product. The owner, Jose, does the estimation and visits periodically during work. Nice to have the boss on site. Roy was our hands-on site lead for both jobs; knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. Highly recommend this company.
Just had a call with the company and the employee that was in charge of the project and was threatened with violence and legal action. He was upset that I called him out about completion of work and quality of work. Do Not use this company for any services it was a Nightmare!!!!!

Jose came right out to review my property. I was having some bushes pulled out, yard graded, deck removed and new patio installed. I was invited out to the Bloom yard to look at pavers and Roy helped me with design. They were able to schedule the job quickly - showed up on the day of install and were there several days completing the project. The team was hard working. After completion, I had a few things for them to come back and take care of - which they did immediately. I could not be happier with my new patio and other areas they worked on.

**Response to business**- you did finally come back to finish the original job. You reached out later via email to address my concerns that some plants had died. You offered to install new plants but I never heard from you. **Update, they did finally come back and finish. Would be higher if they had come back to finish the job. Paid for a couple plants to be added but they never came back with the last plant. Called to ask when they would finish, no return call.
Meg, we appreciate the four star review and see that we can do better. Upon checking the records it looks like we offered to install the additional plants. I hope they are doing well now, please remember that plants start growing much faster 24 months after installation.. the first 24 moths they are getting rooted and "surviving" but they need to get those roots in the ground before they can "TAKE OFF!" I had severe erosion from drainage issues. Team Bloom offered a reasonable solution that worked. Incredible team that ensured 100% satisfaction. Highly recommend this team and will use them again!
Mary, we are very happy to hear that our solution worked, drainage is not easy and many companies don't do it correctly, about 50% of our drainage jobs are actually fixing where the other company did something that did not get the desired result. Thank you for your great review!
