Travis and Erin were great to deal with and extremely professional. I had to make adjustments to the inspection date multiple times and they were always accommodating. With a new build house, I had a lot of questions but Travis was extremely thorough and walked me through areas to address with the builder that I would have never seen. I highly recommend you give them a call if you need a home inspection.

Jeff was a great inspector. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection on home. He supplied great advice and pictures to document any concerns. After his inspection I felt more comfortable about the home I was buying. Inspector did not review property correctly. Inspected property twice, used same photos as first inspection even tho repairs were made after that inspection.
Mr. Miller, our company has never completed a paid inspection for you so I can only assume you are the seller of a property that we inspected and after our thorough inspection the deal did not go through? We inspect every property thoroughly, whether it is once, twice, etc. and also as if it is the first time. If repairs were made to noted defects that were found in the first inspection but were not repaired correctly, it is our job and our duty to our client to note these in the new inspection. Simply because something is "repaired" does not mean it is "proper". As for duplicate photos, our software does pick up prior inspections by the address in the system. If this was the case I apologize this error was not corrected and those photos were not removed but I can assure you that the findings and defects noted in the report were correct as these are checked thoroughly before releasing the report.
