The crew at Blue Line is great. They came out and did an estimate for free after my crawl space was flooded. At first, I was skeptical when they recommended a full replacement of the heating duct work; however, when I saw the condition of the ducts they removed, I was so glad I trusted them (it was old, rusty, filthy, and falling apart). After Blue Line finished, I realized that my duct work never worked properly and I had grown accustomed to living in a frigid house for 9 years. Now, my house heats up quickly and there is hot air blowing out of the vents furthest from the furnace (where it used to be a puff of warm air). Coupled with the subfloor insulation, my house is noticeably warmer. Blue Line worked quickly, efficiently, expertly and took pride in doing everything correctly. I am so happy I went with them. Shout out to general manager, Michael, and his crew. Work done: Day 1: remove old vapor barrier, duct work, and debris from crawl space, mold fogging; Day 2 & 3: encapsulation of wood surfaces with Killz; Day 4: dry time for Killz; Day 5: install new vapor barrier, install subfloor insulation; Day 6: design and install new (and more efficient) duct system; Day 7: insulate ducts, install new crawlspace access door. 1046sqft.
I had an appointment for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The never showed up. I called their number 4 times throughout the day and nobody ever answered the phone. The owner finally picked up the phone and made excuses about why they didn’t show (your appointment was dropped when we merged to a new system, she doesn’t work her anymore, etc.). I knew they wouldn’t show as they never answer their phone. Any other company would be a far better choice.
Work order went as planned. Michael and assistant did a good job laying a new vapor barrier in our crawl space. Job was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price.
Michael arrived promptly on time. He was courteous and very pleasant. He worked quickly and did a thorough job. He also advised us when we should schedule our next appointment. We hope to see him the next time Blue Line cleans our dryer vent.
These guys are great! Professional, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. They did great work. Excellent communication. Will use them again.
