Blue Nail started doing stucco and roofing projects for the HOA across the property of our condominium complex a few months ago, and we couldn't be happier. Especially with such a large property with multiple projects going at once, communication is almost as important as the construction work itself, and Blue Nail delivers on both. Our homeowners rave about always knowing next steps and what to expect from the scheduler, and even our most detail-oriented homeowners can't find anything to question upon completion, which makes our jobs on the HOA so much easier. Thank you, Blue Nail!

Always a class act with this company. So grateful to Melissa Caldwell for being so above and beyond what was necessary to solve a nasty Raccoon problem after they got into my house and destroyed my kitchen. She not only was the voice of calm and reason but found how they were getting in but bought the parts and fixed the problem in 100+ heat. Such a great employ to make time to help 2 seniors.

Carlos was so very helpful with answering questions and helping wade through insurance information when we were finally ready to redo the roof. He explained everything in a way we could understand, and was up front about what could/should be done (or not done) and why. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the options we chose and worked around my schedule while we hammered out the details. You may wait a few weeks until they have a time open, but you'll see why. He and his crew started at first light and were done, cleaned up, and gone by late afternoon. It was such a relief to have that over with.
