Dang… I thought my family and I were the only ones who had a problem getting a word out of these employees at this store!<br><br>We walked in to the store on a wim, just curious about what type of animals they had inside. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Just straight silent. Felt completely awkward walking around the store. Not even a light song playing in the background or anything. Not even a “Can I help you guys find anything today?.” If I wanted to buy something here, I would have instantly gone somewhere else that has better customer service. No wonder this place was empty.

Hey, How did you get in before we opened, as there is always someone at the front desk to greet people as they walk in unless they're busy helping customers. Once you pass the desk, you'll meet either Michelle, Caesar or Jason that will greet you even if they are busy. And the radio is on 24 hours a day playing music.<br>We would like to invite you and your family to Blue Reef Aquatics during normal business hours of 11am to 7pm. We know you will enjoy your visit and maybe even take home a new pet fish or 2.
Great LFS. Staff is very knowledgeable. Great selection of both fresh and tropical live stock. Tanks are always clean, and shows that the staff is taking care of the livestock. 5/5 stars
Love this place, when I began fish keeping this was the store that the staff educated me, guided me and truly helped me invest into the fresh and saltwater hobby. I started probably when I was about 16-17 years old. Now at 24 with their help ive been able to have my own tanks from fresh water, to full on saltwater reefs. Truly one of the best shops in town with the friendliest staff.
Nice shop and livestock- horrible communicators. Tried to get in contact with them over Facebook for days. Decided to call the shop as they opened instead to inquire and ask to hold a used tank they had posted on fb. Even called a second time 1.5 hours before arriving to ensure they hold the tank and give an eta. Well on my arrival (40 min drive from home) they inform me they sold the tank setup they were holding to me 30 minutes before my arrival. Even tho I arrived earlier than the eta I given in my second call. All they could do was shrug and say sorry. Will never go out of my way for a shop like this, where the left and right hand aren’t communicating. Waste of my time and efforts. Many other shops that are honest and more efficient even with less staff.
Great experience every time we visit! The staff is always friendly, patient, and helpful. They never make us feel rushed and let us take our time choosing our fish. We really appreciate the excellent customer service and enjoy shopping here. We’ll definitely be back to complete our fish family! Thank you!
