Ron and I were both pleased withs the services of Blue Springs Optical. We have been coming here literally for years !! Staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Linder was very friendly and professional as well and answered all of our questions.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Incredibly unprofessional. How are you going to tell me the appointment I made needs rescheduled because you called and I didn't answer to "confirm"..? I call bs. And the first time I called them, the person that answered the phone already had an attitude. I should've known it was going to be a ridiculous experience. AVOID THIS PLACE
