We recently bought a house with a saltwater pool, and hiring Blue Tech Pools was one of the best decisions we made. Nathan did our pool inspection and was incredibly thorough. He explained everything clearly, patiently walked us through each piece of equipment, and was genuinely kind the whole way. After we closed, Nathan came back out for a "pool school" session. He showed us how everything works, taught us how to test the water, and helped us balance our pH and chemicals. He even answered a few follow-up questions afterward, which went above and beyond. If you're a first-time pool owner (or buying a home with a pool), I can't recommend Blue Tech Pools enough. Knowledgeable, friendly, and truly invested in helping you succeed. Highly recommend!

I've been through the ringer with bad pool people. Just out to make a buck over priced and simply they didn't care. Nathan will now forever be my pool guy! Sincere, honest and very knowledgeable. My pool heater broke, and just before a forecasted heavy snow which would have been disastrous, Nathan came out promptly and fixed my heater in 15 minutes. Awesome work. He is now my go to guy for swimming pools.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Blue Tech Pools and its owner, Nathan Shuffle, was awful from start to finish. Nathan performed work on my fiberglass pool that caused major structural damage. Multiple independent experts confirmed the pool can’t be repaired and must be fully replaced because of his mistakes. When we tried to file a claim through his insurance, Nathan resorted to blatant lying about what actually happened to avoid taking responsibility. His workmanship was careless, his communication vanished the moment problems appeared, and his dishonesty during the insurance process made an already bad situation much worse. The stress, time, and financial impact on my family has been enormous. If you value your home, avoid Blue Tech Pools and Nathan Shuffle. Hiring them was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Here’s our pool after his work…run!
Eric it’s too bad that you feel the need to unload your mistakes here. YOU were in charge of managing the draining of your pool, clearly knowing the potential for any damage. I never quoted you or invoiced you for you draining your pool and it’s been proven. I only showed you how to drain your pool.
