Please note these comments have been given over a period of time. (8/17/23) I paid to have a semi annual inspection of my AC and HVAC systems. Today Mark, from Blue Yeti, came out. I told him that one end of my house was getting very warm in the afternoons. He reminded me that it is facing the west, but he would…
Extremely responsive and very professional. Never tried to upsell, gave me an honest assessment and did great work!
HVAC tech fixed home air conditioning within an hour of my call. I called at 1:45 pm and gave all my information to their call center. The tech then called me to confirm and then texted he was on his way. The tech was finished and gone by 2:45 pm. He had a replacement capacitor in the truck so was able to put it in…
Very good job. Thanks for everything to do a great job.
We so appreciate how your technicians handled a difficult job. They had good humor and worked so well collaboratively with each other.
Luke was very thorough and explained everything in simple terms!
Everything you could ask for in a great service company. Super reasonable pricing. Jacob installed a brand new garbage disposal (InSinkErator) and an outside bibb/spigot with access panel. He even pivoted to a better strategy during the job to make sure it could work, so very smart. John installed a brand new AC…
Blue Yeti was great to work with! Scheduling service was easy, we got an appointment within a couple days and the technician was on time and did great work. We will be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for HVAC/Plumbing professionals.
Blower in furnace failing. Blue Yeti had Mark and crew in next day to replace old furnace. Great response and service
Honest, dependable, pragmatic. Every time we have utilized their services they have demonstrated the upmost professionalism. Cannot recommend them enough.
Showed up, said what he wasn't going to, said he'd show up today and never. Funny because he didn't mention he wasn't going to show up amongst the other things he wasn't going to do.
They where both great individuals. Professional friendly..the whole service was outstanding. Thank you.sam and caleb ..don't remember the other worker name but he was great too Great service all the way around the board will definitely recommend to anyone thank you. Every time Blue yeti shows up they do a wonderful…
I have been working with Blue Yeti for the past four years from new HVAC installation, new water heater installation, to their annual maintenance program. They are always very responsive, professional, and a good value.
Last Summer, an Air Conditioner Contractor told me that yearly cleaning would not give me a good working unit as in past years. I had to $8,000. on a new unit. I was told there was a leak. Without any expensive coolant replacement, you cleaned the Unit and it works fine. Your honestly, fair pricing and quality work saved me.
Highly recommend! Knowledgable, organized and efficient. We use Blue Yeti for all our projects and our own homes.
Blue Yeti installed a new toilet in our basement bathroom—-a tougher process than expected, since both the two successive attempts forAmerican Standard toilets from Home Depot were damaged. I said try a Kohler and third time was a charm—we have a new, cleanly installed Kohler toilet that works. Cheerful, tidy,…
Mark was great to work with. Very professional and explained everything related to the issue. Thanks for the quick turnaround in getting us scheduled. Thanks!
A/C recharge, very thorough, fingers crossed tech found leak.
Update: Blue Yeti has replaced and updated every mechanical system in my newly purchase house that had been sorely neglected. The HVAC, water softener, water heater, and sump pump are now all in tip top shape. The team is superb and spent multiple visits debugging the setup to get it functioning as perfectly as…
A pleasure working with Blue Yeti. The owner of the company came out to service my air conditioner unit. Very personal service.
Great communication, professional and courteous and did a great job inspecting our HVAC!
Arrived early in the window, explained clearly what they found, and recommended logical preventative repair.
Highly recommend! I called at 8am and Mark was able to come out to address the problem at 11am the same day. Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue with water leaking from the ac due to a clogged trap drain very quickly and showed me how I could clean it out for future. He offered…
No one wants to wake up in the middle of the night in a heat wave to their AC not working. Blue Yeti was able to make it out that same day and complete the repairs at a fraction of the cost of a more well-known company. Chayton was extremely professional, polite and explained both the issue and repair clearly. I…
Thought I had a bigger issue than I actually did. Blue Yeti came out first thing next day. John was friendly, helpful, and walked me through my options. Price was reasonable and I'm happy with the services offered.
As a newer company, Blue Yeti ranked 3rd when searching for ductless maintenance. The first place I called said they wouldn't service my unit because they didn't install it??? (not mentioned on their website) and the second place rudely said they would "maybe have time to schedule me 3-4 months into next year".…
John was awesome. Personable, knowledgeable and professional. Highly, highly recommend his services. Knew exactly this problem and solved it on the first visit. Also, came back to ensure it was all taken care of the next day. Won’t find better anywhere! The best in the biz!
