Luke, our technician, arrived on time and completed our furnace tune-up. He was very pleasant and described some of the things that he looked for during the visit. We also appreciated the reminder texts and emails we received. We will definitely call for Blue Yeti in the future.

We were very pleased with the maintenance we received from Blue Yeti who recently inspected our air conditioner. We feel like they performed a thorough inspection and cleaning. We're scheduled to have them return in the fall to service our furnace. It's a comfort to know our equipment is being managed well.

Fast and friendly service. Actual humans answer the phone! They did a furnace tune up and certification for our home sale and it was very easy. They were on time for their window without any needs to reschedule at the last minute after waiting all day for them, unlike some other companies out there!
