They were scheduled to arrive between 1 and 3 pm on the day that I called. At Noon, I got a text that he was on his way. Fortunately, I had just finished my last errand and got home a few minutes after he arrived. The toilet was seriously clogged. He used the auger and voila, it was unclogged.
