I recently needed preventive work on two toilets as the seals on both were on the verge of failing. I called my usual big-name company in Houston and got a pretty outrageous estimate for one toilet alone. Next was Bluefrog. They came right over and their free estimate came in at literally half the price of the other big name. I was floored. I didn't hesitate to accept, plus I have used them before years ago. I'm not really sure why I didn't go to them first with this issue, but now I know. They will be my "go to" company for plumbing from here on out. Russell Stich was the technician, and he did an outstanding job. He is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks, Bluefrog!!

Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain was truly a breath of fresh air! After a frustrating experience with another company, I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and customer service we received.
From start to finish, the team was communicative, organized, and incredibly thorough. Alton took the time to explain the camera inspection findings, walk us through our repair options, and make sure we understood the difference between a temporary fix and a long-term solution. There was no rushing or confusion, just clear explanations and honest recommendations.
They also followed up promptly and provided detailed documentation, which I really appreciated. It's refreshing to find a company that takes customer service seriously and makes you feel confident throughout the process.
We haven't started the repairs yet, but based on our experience so far, Bluefrog has been exceptional. Highly recommend!

Alton came out on time, explained everything that he would look at and do. He fixed our leaky bathtub faucet without any problems. He also showed us the cause of the leak. Will definitely use Blue Frog again and will ask for Alton!
