Many of my family members have worked with Hannah for years, and finally it came time for my husband and I to buy our first home and work with Hannah too! Hannah is so helpful and responsive when answering questions. She really listens to you and tries to do right by her clients. Additionally, she does not come across too strong the way other people in sales positions often can. She's patient and isn't just in it for a sale. We highly recommend working with Hannah, and have already recommended her to some of our friends! We are sure that the other realtors within this agency are just as lovely as Hannah (but Hannah is still our favorite)!

Jeff was one of the first friends and mentors I met when I moved to Memphis in 2018. He helped my then girlfriend now wife Sarah buy her first house in 2020. He did a great job helping her buy her first home. But what I was most impressed was the help he gave us after the transaction. Whether it was an AC Guy, Plummer, whatever, Jeff always took time to connect us with the right people. That is what separates Jeff from the other 5000 agents in the city: no strings attached customer service. I knew I wanted to work with Jeff when the time came. We moved into our dream home in Germantown this year. I think I was more excited than Jeff was when I called him to say we are ready to start looking! This market is crazy and has a ton of uncertainty attached to it. Jeff was able to speak clarity and calmness in the midst of looking. We looked for about 2 months, found the house we wanted that was on the market for only 11 days, closed two weeks or so later. Work with Jeff. You will get a great agent. But an even better friend after the transaction.
