Customers report that BNK Generator Services provides professional installation and maintenance for various standby and portable generator models, often noting fair pricing and clear communication regarding schedules and costs. Recurring themes include punctual arrivals, thorough technical work, and responsive follow-up for annual inspections or emergency repairs. The primary criticism involves a perception that the company shifted from offering ongoing service and repairs to focusing primarily on unit sales after initial installations.

These guys are genuine and seriously the best around hands down. The Generator Supercenter and all others don’t even hold a candle to these guys. They are extremely fairly priced and very hometown customer focused. They really went above and beyond on my install and even addressed some electrical concerns while doing the generator install.
I utilized BNK Services to service my generator. Without question, the most thorough, knowledgeable, professional service I have witnessed in E/TX. True generator subject matter experts you can trust to maintain your valuable equipment. Matt was simply outstanding, personable and professional. He is detailed oriented and truly the right guy to train young techs the correct way. Matt identified a safety issue that had escaped all other previous techs. He expertly rectified the safety issue and I am completely satisfied with the caliber of their work. Highly recommend this quality company for delivering outstanding generator service at a very fair price point.

Polite, knowledgeable about the product sold to us
BNK installed our Cummins 40kw generator in 2021. The entire process was transparent and executed per plan. They have since followed up each year with annual maintenance. They have excelled in emergency response to any issues we’ve had, such as a lightning strike. BNK has never let us down.
Good price. Professional installation. Works as advertised. Good people to deal with.
BNK handles all the major generators for home use. BNK will deliver and set-up whatever you need and they can also provide routine maintenance - - all at a reasonable price.
BNK Generator Services did EXACTLY what & how the owner explained before the installation process of the new stand-by generator. The contractors were very courteous, professional, & on time. They kept in touch by phone for delivery schedules, & even co-ordinated everything with the propane company!! We have lost power 5 times since the installation, & the generator came on effortlessly each time. My husband & I said " it was was well worth it." We were more than pleased! I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you, BNK for helping us. Sherry Robertson
