Went here on an uneventful day, and just the park being empty was absolutely beautiful. There are some concrete steps that you can sit on with large play green areas for medium events and an admirable stage painted with a vintage green kind of color. Just love hanging out here and enjoying the serenity. Even a canal below and a little trolly/train that comes around.
Phenomenal venue to see a concert. Unsure why it took me so long to get here. Brings chairs and a soft sided cooler and enjoy the night. Lowell summer series is an absolute gem.
Went for a Free outdoor concert by the #NewEnglandFilmOrchestra
What a lovely little park!! Plus a cute, well-lit area to walk around all the old/ historic Mill buildings and what-not. And it looked like there were some decent dining options within a short walking distance.
The only unpleasant things while trying to enjoy the show was all the city noise (Police/Ambulance sirens, cars with loud music or exhausts) - But to be fair, that's not the parks fault.
Went to Boarding House Park for a Lowell Summer Music Series concert. The venue was awesome and the event was very well organized. Oh yeah, and the music was great!!! (Watchhouse).
Great place for outdoor concerts!! I went Saturday and saw one of the best bands I have ever seen. They are a very talented band and great performers. They are called Jessie's girl. All eighties music. It was a great night!
