Our experience with BoatZincs has shown that what truly sets them apart is their grasp of the finer details, material composition, evolving designs standards, and cross-compatibility across different setups. It's evident you're working with professionals who understand the practical demands of the field, not simply a supplier moving inventory. Highly recommended!

Bob is the most knowledgeable, approachable and helpful person you will find. He is a true professional when it comes to galvanic issues and recommendations. His company is run impecibly well. Thanks Bob!
Great website, customer service, advice, selection and price. Super fast, reasonably priced USPS shipping cross country to Alaska. Carefully packaged and double boxed for the weight. Just got my 3rd order from them so I know they are consistently excellent!

"Thanks so much for the kind words, Matt! I’ll be sure to pass them along to the team—they take a lot of pride in getting orders out the door quickly. We’re so glad we could help!"
Boat zincs is awesome! UPS mangled a box and re-taped, one zinc missing. Called Boat Zincs and the same day they had another one in the mail. So nice to talk to people who have the power to solve problems, not a giant corporation.

James, Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I’m sorry to hear UPS was rough with your package, but I'm glad we could get that missing zinc out to you immediately. We pride ourselves on fast, personal service—no hoops to jump through here! We appreciate your business and hope to help with your boating needs again soon. — The BoatZincs Team"
great prices AND great customer service. I got new engines and they told me all the items I needed, with links to make it easy to add to cart. One part came slightly damaged and they immediately shipped out a new one.
I purchased two zincs for my pods from this company. We installed them in and in less than 30 days they started falling apart. They would not cover them under warranty. Poor quality, and the customer service was also poor. When I called to show them what happened they tried to blame it on normal wear and tear. Both zinc‘s split almost in half in the exact same spot. This tells me that it’s a defect in the product that they both had the same issue.

Thanks for your order and for taking the time to leave a review.
Obviously, we’re not happy that you walked away with what felt like a one-star experience. The photos you provided (linked to here: https://tinyurl.com/bzreviewreply and https://tinyurl.com/bzreviewreply2) show what look like typical wear on zinc anodes.
Anodes are not covered by warranty anywhere in our industry. Yours adhere to MIL-A-18001K and represent the most effective sacrificial zinc alloy possible. If there was a hint of a product flaw, we would have issued a refund and started investigating. Because we do take concerns like yours seriously. The truth is, we have sold thousands of these zincs this year alone without any whisper of a problem elsewhere.
I was blown away by the terrific customer service. I sent two different requests looking for the right zincs...bow thruster and divers plate. Their reply was fast and spot on. And they have great prices.
Unmatched customer service , and knowledge , the man T was able to answer any questions super friendly , my boats from New Zealand and they had what I needed , I’d give this company 10 stars out of 5 awesome people, wouldn’t recommend anyone else ,
( I live in bc Canada there in the states , honest review ) I’ll buy zincs for life off them , give them a try you won’t be disappointed
BoatZincs provides superior service and quality - In my opinion, these guys are THE standard for marine parts in the industry.
I found it a great pleasure dealing with them when I needed parts in a hurry, and they exceeded my expectations. (I can only wish other marine vendors would take note.)
They quickly made me a loyal fan, and I highly recommend them. Choose them and you'll be glad you did.
