I can’t recommend Bob Puliti highly enough. He helped me buy my very first home in Marysville and years later helped us sell that same home. Through both experiences, Bob was someone I knew I could completely trust. He was always honest, straightforward, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly had our best interests at heart. He went above and beyond more times than I can count and made us feel supported through every step of the process. Having a real estate agent you genuinely trust is invaluable, and Bob is exactly that. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. He truly deserves every one of these five stars!

Bob helped me buy my first home AND sell it 5 years later. Both times the service was excellent and the process was made very easy for me. He also went above and beyond with the little things like meeting a PG&E agent at our home when no one else was able to. On top of the friendly service, his expertise helped me get a little extra during the sale when I was willing to settle. I truly can't think of one negative thing to say about either experience. 11 out of 10 would recommend!!

Bob has been my go-to real estate broker for buying and selling properties for years. He is a highly knowledgeable and skilled Realtor in residential, land and investment properties. When Bob puts a deal together, it closes on time, and as planned. My family and friends have also used Bob to represent them in real estate transactions, and they have always felt taken care of and were pleased with Bob's professionalism, communications and methods to sell properties.

Patience, patience, patience! I had to sell my home long distance, and Bob was absolutely great about communicating with me.
