I had a 60 min deep tissue massage with Austin and also used the sauna & cold plunge! I ended up buying a discounted package so that I can do it again. I highly recommend it whether you just want to get a massage or become a member to use the concierge style fitness center & spa!

Body meals are fantastic! They are made fresh and I have yet to have a meal I didn’t like. The nutrition facts, protein and calorie counts are on each meal so there is no guessing. The gym is very clean and the staff are professional, personable and friendly. These guys have a good thing going and I’ll keep coming back. Recommended.
BODY Meals has a variety of meal options to choose from. I haven’t purchased one bad meal, everything I’ve had has been delicious! So far my favorites have been the Strawberry Chia pudding 😋 & the Salmon Piccata! The salmon was seriously so delicious I cant wait until they offer it again.
The Body meals are my life savers! They are delicious and packaged in a container that is ready to heat up when needed. My favorite so far is the chia strawberry shortcake pudding.

Simple, flavorful, and healthy meals. Packaged conveniently by single complete portion with specific instructions for heating on each package. As someone for whom time is at a very dear premium, these meals have been a lifesaver. I never have to consider portion control for healthy eating because the meals come preportioned, I can avoid grocery shopping for cooking ingredients (though I still buy fruits, vegetables, drinks, and snacks for other times during the week), and I can avoid the effort of planning what to eat ahead of time. The meals are made with high quality, fresh ingredients with good flavor combinations. There is also a rotating menu every week with new dishes frequently coming available so I won't get bored with the selections. I highly recommend FIT4LIFE meals!
