This place was incredible. I worked with Yvette and she was able to completely relieve the painful debilitation with my inflamed knee and leg bands. Cant recommend Body Mechanics and Yvette enough.

Delaney is easily one of the most talented body workers I’ve ever come across. I feel like I’m risking blowing up the spot a bit by saying that so loudly here, but truly she’s incredible, and if something’s good, you should want everyone to have it, so there it is.

Really thorough explanation of what Matt would be doing during the session. Lots of helpful info and deep massage. I left feeling much better and hopeful that my issues can be resolved with a combo of massage and physical therapy.

I’ve been to a few massage places in NYC now, trying to find the best one, and I found it here. It seems all their massage therapist are great but SUZIE she is top tier. Her hands are blessed, she’s so human and you can tell she knows the body well. walked in with hip and knee pain 5/10 walked out with it 2/10. I plan to see her again
