I went in for a TMJ massage and left feeling much better than when I went in. Carlos is a go to if you have TMJ issues and I’m sure he’s great in other areas as well.

Never experienced such an unprofessional business. I asked to change my appointment for Tuesday by email to the day before, was told there was a 5pm appointment the day before. I asked to book this. Then I receive a text from the therapist about my original appointment time. They cancelled the appointment I asked to change to and kept the original appointment. Despite calling them, they took zero responsibility. If this is your business, I would advise you to hire better reception staff as they have lost you a customer and potential referrals as they have completely ruined my day.
Dear Elles, I am so sorry your having a bad day and I hope that gets better for you. As a policy, we cannot book appointments for people unless they explicitly say that they confirm that they want that time and date, it as booking the appointment comes with a financial obligation. You called us: and hung up on the two people that were trying to help you. We do not tolerate abuse to our staff of any kind. No one here would hang up on you or raise their voice to you as you did to us. Abusive behavior of any kind means you can never be rebooked. The last email we have from you asks your consent to book the session, and you did NOT reply to that email. We can do a lot of things for you. We cannot go to your computer and force you to reach back out to us. I am really sorry you did not see the email asking you to confirm the time and date. When you do not reply, that appointment times stays open to the public. As a note, our therapists do not text people, only reception does and their job is to confirm you actually want the session before securing it since you could be changed a fee if its the wrong time or length booked. We always double confirm appointments before booking them.
The owner Beret runs a great place. I've had massages from a few people here and they were all good. Maria is the best!
