Great service
Dr. Spears has given me the ability to do the things I never thought would be possible with my injuries to my kneck and lower back. I fell from 6ft on to my tailbone. I spent a yr in physical therapy and intense pain before I came to Dr Spears.I could barely open my jaw or do anything I loved.I had disc 3 and 4 out in my kneck and disc 4 and 5 out in my lower back with a tear and my S1 nerve scrunched and disc located. In 3 months time seeing Dr.Spears Im able to do all things...Plus backpack into the mountains and ride horses again!Thank you
I had the most wonderful massage today. Lovely space.
We have been seeing Dr. David for many years and are more than happy with his work. We are both in our 80's and he keeps us moving!
Body of Light Family Chiropractic was extremely helpful during two of my pregnancies. During one pregnancy my baby was transverse and during another the baby was breech (at 37/38 weeks). Both times I saw Dr. David and he utilized the Webster technique to improve the alignment of my pelvis. This helped with round ligament pain and ultimately resulted in my babies moving into a favorable position. The Webster technique may not work with everyone, but I feel it was an important factor that resulted in my babies turning head down. If you're hoping to avoid an external cephalic version, I would give Body of Light a call and set up an appointment.
Unfortunately, I had a pretty poor massage with Tricia. $150/hr is very expensive & the bed was very thin/flimsy and cold. Massage wise - she didn't work any knots. She didn't even massage my entire body. It was mostly hot stones placed on me and an oil (very oily, too oily) rubbed on my limbs (she didn't get the front of my legs or the front of my shoulders). That night and the following day, I had severe muscle spasms on my ribs. I don't think she knew was she was doing and somehow messed up something that I'll have to spend time healing. Unfortunate.
Dr. David has helped me with my chiropractic needs for almost 10 years now. He is an excellent chiropractor with a holistic approach to wellness. I always walk out feeling happy I made the appointment.
