I have a 10 year old rowing machine that ended up needing a new part. Mike got back to me first thing the next morning after I emailed them and I had it two days later. Install process was easy and I can keep using the great machine. Thank you for the excellent customer service and outstanding product!
Premium exercise equipment. Plus they have a warehouse store on site and the public is welcome!
Anthony was very accommodating. He put my husband in the new system, so the next time he calls and needs anything, hubby would already be all set up with an account number! Anthony also knew the machine was 22 years old and exactly what was needed. The two cables! He asked if any of the other cables or wires were…
Originally purchased in 2021 and a little more than a year later moved and setup again, the guys who originally delivered and setup and setup the second time was amazing, I absolutely love the company. Alan was also awesome whey visited the store on a sat and inquired about purchasing and then went back to actually do the purchasing.
Only so much you can expect from a old body but this store will bring whatever that is out. 10/2022 Visited the store again to pick up VR400 rower. Just like before nothing but first rate service. Takes me 4 hours to get to the store but would go if it were 10. Jerad is top rate!
The XFT absolutely blows my mind. The fact that you don't need a barbell or a spotter is amazing. My transitions between benching and squating happens in a second. Service is great and they take care of you like you're family. Got my XFT very fast and their service department was there to help when I needed!

Hubby said “No, just those two” because he would’ve replaced more than just those two. …. There is a lifetime warranty on this K-1 machine. Anytime there is a problem, we call him. We’ve only had to order one other cable in the last 10 years, but now it’s 22 years and we’re ordering two more cables. …. Unbelievably great service. Highly recommend Body Craft! Number One in gym equipment.

this person Jon Wolf is 100% unprofessional and dishonest, in my opinion read his email and test the website you will locate the truth Jon Wolf [email protected] Well they always tend to offer something at 0%, but there is also an option where you pay a reasonable simple interest rate. In my opinion "Affirm" is ruthless/corrupt/greedy/dishonest/steal the shirt off your back and smile about it, in my opinion they would take advantage of there own mother.
