Was introduced to this by my friend and I’m addicted! Every instructor has been great but will say my favorites if you want a challenge are Lauren and Mason. I’ve definitely seen results since I’ve started and can’t wait to see how much more I’ll advance as the time goes! Highly recommend!

I started BodyRok in August of 2025 and it has truly changed my life! The energy in the studio is electric and that includes the people, the vibes and the workout! Everyone is so unbelievably welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in at the front desk to the instructors and even the fellow members. My favorite girl, Insaf has made such a difference in every single class I take but especially hers. She really focuses on each person and provides unmatched encouragement and support as well as challenging you to be your best self and push yourself to be just a little better each workout. I am without a doubt so much stronger in both body and mind because of BodyRok and instructors like Insaf! 🫶🏽

Bodyrok truly is a game changer. It is a place where you come as you are and get 45 minutes of intentional work for you. I never leave a class feeling unaccomplished and always leave in a better mood. The instructors and the community are unmatched!

After 6 months and 80 classes strong I still get excited to come to BodyRok! The Instructors are amazing and super supportive! I have the best workout when I’m here! Truly engaging my core movement! I feel stronger after every class!
