Highly professional from start to finish. Brian was very patient and helpful with our migration from Cox Home Security to Bolt Security Services. Charles was very courteous and knowledgeable in the installation. Overall a very good experience.

We had a great experience with Bolt Security Monitoring Services. We had them take over our previous system. Brian was terrific and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. He understood our needs and there was no upsell. It is apparent that it is a family run business that is local by the personal touch. Charles the installer was also great. Would highly recommend this company.

My experience with Bolt Security was exactly what you would expect from a well run company. Excellent. The project was to take over my existing security system. The estimate was written, the job scheduled, then completed on time at the quoted price. Can't ask for any more than that! BTW, The tech Charles was great.
