She was so gentle, professional, and incredibly polite throughout the appointment, which made me feel very comfortable. This was by far my best experience compared to other salon locations. Review from Google · view on GoogleI was torn between my rating. I would give my brow experience 5 stars, and my lash experience a 2. The 2 being for the customer service. My threaded brows by Ambi were perfect and so were my daughter's. I went out on a limb and got my lashes done as well. The end result felt uncomfortable and I couldn't pinpoint what looked off, but I thought, well let me give it some time because this lash extension experience is new for me. I got home and saw that one eye was noticeably fuller. I told the tech that I wanted them to look natural. They felt heavy and did not look natural. On the second day, a couple of clusters had fallen off. I went back to the same tech and both eyes were adjusted. To shorten my story, I looked even more closely in the mirror at home and it seems too much glue was used. The lashes were clumped in areas and the look was very unnatural. I was so busy, I could not return so I tried to make it work. It was a bit embarrassing so eventually I removed the lashes. I might... might...give someone else a try for lashes, but I will definitely be back for eyebrow threading with Ambi. My eyebrows were bomb.
