Jim came to check out our sump pump and found that they needed to be replaced and the batteries also needed to be replaced. Jim did a great job and made sure we understood everything he did and left the area clean.

Came over and looked at my sump pump issue. Gave me a free estimate to re do the whole thing. Opted to go cheaper route but appreciated their input on situation and looking at it for no charge.

They wanted to charge 1300 for a job that would take a half hour and $52 worth of parts. Told them no. Then they sold my email address and I’ve been getting spammed ever since.

They were so wonderful all three guys that worked here and it was a very tough sewer job because they had to go into the foundation of the house to get to the sewer pipe and do a lot of cement removal. But they fixed it and they put brand new pipe in that replaced the old and cracked pipe and we were thrilled that in two days we could use our shower again!
