My 85 YO dad hired Bond Strong through UHaul as a 3rd party to deliver and load 4 “U-boxes” for a cross-country move. He was beyond impressed by the level of professionalism demonstrated by the crew assigned to his house and the amount of care taken with his belongings. He’s utilized more than half a dozen full-service movers over the years and the first thing out of his mouth was that he’s never seen a company work like this one (in a good way). Highly highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this team. From the very beginning, they were incredibly communicative, but what truly set them apart was their empathy and heart. We had some medical necessity considerations during this move, and instead of just doing their standard job, they went completely out of their way to be accommodating, helpful, and deeply considerate of our situation.
Their work ethic is unmatched. They expertly packed up our entire home, and as they emptied each room, they actually vacuumed behind themselves—a level of detail I have never seen with other movers. When we arrived at the new apartment, they didn’t just dump the boxes inside; they placed them strategically and with genuine care to make our unpacking process as easy as possible.
They worked incredibly long hours to get the job done, and they did it all with fantastic, positive attitudes from start to finish. The sheer volume of work they accomplished was amazing. On top of all this, they are reasonably priced and offered the absolute best rate in the Columbus, Ohio area.
If you want a moving company that is professional, hardworking, affordable, and actually cares about their clients, look no further. They are the absolute best!
