I haven’t had the chance to visit the physical location yet, but after my recent online experience, I had to leave a review! About a month ago, I had a genuine book emergency and needed a very specific book STAT ... which is not exactly easy when you live in rural Vermont. I ordered it online from Books of Wonder…

Truly one of my favorite places in nyc— a joyful experience shopping there, wonderful selection, knowledgable staff. Great mix of contemporary, more experimental books, and classics. (Support indie bookstores!)

The wonderful world of children's books. I called and asked if they had a children's book by Spike and Tonya Lee called "Giant Steps to Change the World" and many other book stores did not have a copy on hand but could order it for me. I wanted it that very day to give to a friend going to visit his little daughter…

Review from Google · view on GoogleI haven’t had the chance to visit the physical location yet, but after my recent online experience, I had to leave a review! About a month ago, I had a genuine book emergency and needed a very specific book STAT ... which is not exactly easy when you live in rural Vermont. I ordered it online from Books of Wonder for a very fair price, and when I reached out to customer service to explain my situation, they were incredibly kind and understanding. The book arrived in my hands just two days later! Phenomenal customer service and a kind and thoughtful staff. I am so grateful that my book disaster was averted! I’ll definitely be ordering from Books of Wonder again, and I hope to make it into the physical store someday, too.
