BoomPop

I reached out to Boompop regarding a prospective upcoming event with my company (we generate approx. $16 billion in global revenue annually and this was for a small event for my team of 200 folks), and was disappointed with the experience. The introductory/consultation call lasted only about 10 minutes because the account executive, mentioned he had another meeting immediately within 45 seconds of our scheduled 30-minute call. Even though he already rescheduled twice on me prior to this meeting... As a result, there was very little opportunity to discuss the event or learn more about their services. This employee showed ZERO interest or willingness and made this entire consultation uncomfortable and weird for me. The conversation felt extremely rushed and I left with a lack of support, information, and genuine interest in the opportunity throughout. Not sure if he was new or not trained, but I've worked in sales and customer service - and that was not appropriate. After waiting about a week for a follow-up, I received a brief message declining the event with no additional context. I completely understand that not every event is a fit, but I expected a more professional, informative, and collaborative experience from beginning to end. TLDR: Poor enthusiasm and support from their sales AE, declined without reason, lacked support and detail for prospective event, and overall left a sour taste for a company that aims to value the customer and their event.

We had an event last week that went flawlessly and it was all thanks to Emily and the BoomPop team. They are so organized and thought of every little detail which was such a relief for us so we could focus on being present during the event. This is not the first or the last time we will be using them for our events.

I found BoomPop a few years ago when looking for a 3rd party planning service to take over my existing events while I went out on Maternity leave. I'm so glad to have found a team that integrates smoothly with my existing workflows, communicates clearly and well, takes initiative, and strives to understand the company culture. We've completed 10+ events already and have many more in the queue. I will continue to work with BoomPop because they've seamlessly combined the human element of event planning - thanks to their wonderful event planners and account managers - with the technology-forward approach that makes events easy to navigate for attendees.

BoomPop is the absolute best. Everyone on their team was fabulous to work with. They worked fast and were always very responsive and transparent. Biggest plus is that they kept to my strict budget. Would highly recommend and book again!

We used BoomPop to help plan our company's first large offsite and it was a huge success. Winnie from the BP team helped wrangle 120 team members for events, activities, and was so on top of everything from planning to execution. She also served as our onsite coordinator helping make sure the event was seamless. I would highly recommend working with BP and their team.

I had a great first experience with BoomPop and would definitely recommend them for your next corporate event. I had a vision of doing our first company kick off at a ranch in Arizona. They helped me pull it off with a pretty tight timescale and on budget. Everyone loved it and it was a really memorable event. I hope we can do it again.

Zoe was great! She has a bubbly and friendly personality, which is hard to find now-a-days! Also she was very thorough in her planning with us.

Our venue was recently booked for a company offsite through Boompop, and I truly cannot rave enough about how amazing their team was to work with. The event was originally coordinated with Alexis, who was incredibly responsive, communicative, and thoughtful in the months leading up to it. She clearly understood her client’s vision and always relayed details in such a kind, organized, and solutions-oriented way. She made the entire planning process feel seamless. Although Alexis wasn’t able to be onsite for the event itself, Kait stepped in — and wow. You would have thought she’d been planning it from day one. She knew every detail inside and out, was extremely hands-on, and brought such a positive, upbeat energy to the space. She anticipated needs before they arose, was always ready with answers, and ensured everyone involved had the best possible experience. She was truly an incredible partner onsite, and I’m so grateful we got to work alongside her. We’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to collaborate with the Boompop team!
